Manischewitz® Debuts First Ever 'Deli On Wheels'

(New York, NY -- March 24, 2025) -  For the first time in its 137 year history, Manischewitz® launched its 'Deli On Wheels' in New York City. The mobile Jewish deli truck serves authentic, classic Jewish dishes such as All-Beef Hot Dog, Knishes, Matzo Ball Soup, and Rugelach. Just ahead of Passover, the food truck will bring traditional and modern Jewish flavors to consumers while ensuring that their dishes are accessible beyond the Passover holiday season.

Throughout the year, the Manischewitz® Deli on Wheels will serve a variety of classic Jewish deli items including:

- All- Beef Hot Dogs

- Potato Knishes

- Matzo Ball Soup

- Babka

- Rugelach

- Hors d'oeuvres

To celebrate the launch of the Deli on Wheels, starting March 27th from 11am-3pm, consumers will have a chance to try samples of new and classic holiday items at select ShopRite stores in New Jersey and New York. 

The truck location and schedule are as follows (11am-3pm):

- Thursday, March 27th: 1080 McDonald Avenue (Brooklyn, NY, 11230)

- Friday, March 28th: Old Country Pointe, (Plainview, NY)

- Sunday, March 30th: Garden State Pavilion ShopRite

- Thursday, April 3rd: Uncle Giuseppe’s, Walt Whitman Road, (Melville, NY 11747)

- Friday, April 4th: 483 S. Livingston Avenue (Livingston, NJ)

- Sunday, April 6th: 224 Rt. 4 E and Forest Ave, (Paramus, NJ 07652)

- Monday, April 7th:  40 Nathaniel Pl, Englewood, NJ 07631

From April 12th - April 20th, the Manischewitz® Deli on Wheels will pause in observance of Passover. At the conclusion of the holiday season, the food truck will resume as a mobile restaurant serving menu items that will be available for purchase. The Deli on Wheel will serve as a hub for special events, product activations, and Manischewitz swag.

As the brand continues evolving, Manischewitz® plans to offer consumers a new, modern way to engage  with Jewish food culture beyond supermarkets.
